NEWS	The tracking status says “Delivered”, but I have not received my package.
If the package was not received, and the status indicates 'Delivered,' it could be due to one of the following reasons: -Incorrect address was entered when placing the order.  -Recipient was not present at the time of delivery.   -Someone else received the package on your behalf. -The package was left with the security guard. If the package was not found after a thorough check, please, contact us through CS center during business hours.
