Please check if gift item is included through [My order>Order list>Click order number]. - Event / Pre-order benefit : Please order after checking the details on event page, such as version, event period. - Purchased before event : If you have purchased before event open, there will be a notice if your previous order is eligible for event gift. If event gift is provided to everyone who purchased before the event, please check your order list to see if gift item is included in your order. - Check shopping cart after selecing gift option : If you have selected gift, you can also check them in your shopping cart. If you are not able to check the gift item on the shopping card or on your order list, please contact us through CS center. - Fanclub event gift : If you have selected gift item, you can check the event gift in your shopping card. Gift event varies for every fanclub order, and it may not be given or run out of stock. Please check if your gift is included on your order list.
