NEWS There is something missing in my package. Please check.
Please submit your Order ID, detailed description, and the photos or a video needed for your claim as follows.
- A full picture of the package box you received
- A Picture of the shipping label attached to the box
- Video of any CD, DVD, Blu-Ray, or other item not working if necessary

(*If we are unable to check your inquiry with provided photos, we may ask for additional unboxing video. Notice to take unboxing video is notified before dispatch.)
