RBW 보이 밴드 원위(ONEWE)가 오는 6월 16일 첫 번째 미니 앨범 ‘Planet Nine : Alter Ego’를 발매한다.
데뷔 이래 꾸준한 음악적 성장을 거듭해 오고 있는 실력파 밴드 원위(ONEWE)는, 매번 한계 없는 새롭고 다채로운 모습을 보여주며 차세대 밴드로 자리 잡고 있다.

[천체를 헤엄치는 이곳, 뜨겁게 달군 항성]
‘Planet Nine : Alter Ego’는 원위만의 ‘미지의 영역’에서의 ‘또 다른 원위’를 선보이는 앨범으로, 더욱더 탄탄하고 성숙해진 원위의 새로운 정체성을 뚜렷하게 담고 있다.
그만큼 이번 앨범 또한 전 곡 멤버들의 자작곡으로 이루어져 있다.
타이틀곡 ‘비를 몰고 오는 소년 (Rain To Be)’은 멤버 강현의 자작곡이다.
원위(ONEWE)가 유독 활동 때마다 비가 자주 내린다는 일화에서 영감을 얻어, ‘비’가 올 때만 찾아오는 ‘너’를 생각하며 비가 내리기 만을 간절히 바라는 소년의 이야기를 담았다.
