🍢Introducing Street Snacks in Korea 🌰
Korea is gradually getting colder, and there is an increase in warm street foods.
Today, I would like to introduce winter snacks in Korea 😇!
The first snack to introduce is Hotteok!
 
It is a snack baked as if fried in oil with sugar and nuts in the dough.
As it is fried on an iron plate, the sugar melts and becomes honey 🍯, making it a winter snack that warms the body in the freezing winter.
 
It is a representative winter snack that is delicious to eat outside in cold weather and delicious with ice cream.
The second snack to introduce is Bungeo-ppang (Fish-shaped Bun). 🐟
Flour dough is put in a fish-shaped mold, and ingredients such as red beans and cream are put inside.
Bungeo-ppang with red beans is the original, but these days, the ingredients inside Bungeo-ppang are diversifying.
If you come to Korea in winter, I recommend you taste various kinds of Bungeo-ppang.
The third recommended snack is 10 won-ppang.
It's a coin-shaped bread, and it has a lot of cheese inside, so it's fun to eat while increasing the cheese.
