“Mega Stage,” organized by Ktown4u and Megabox to give up-and-coming artists performance experience, concluded successfully.
On the 17th at Megabox COEX in Gangnam, Seoul, the 15th Mega Stage featured a live stage by singer-songwriter G=ONE, followed by a guerrilla busking event titled “USPEER Final Pre-Game” by rookie girl group USPEER from WM Entertainment.
This program, held every Saturday, is part of the Up-Boost program for new artists, co-hosted by Ktown4u and Megabox. It offers emerging artists valuable opportunities to connect closely with fans.
In the first part, G=ONE delivered emotional melodies and candid lyrics that comforted and inspired youth, playing the role of a compass for those wandering through their youth. Showing his value of perseverance and a spirit of challenge, he performed 11 tracks including his self-composed songs “Ddang, Seoul, Natsseon” and “Hwanseung 2022.”
In the second part, rookie girl group USPEER staged a guerrilla busking performance, showcasing each of their colorful personalities and talents. As WM Entertainment’s first girl group in nearly a decade since Oh My Girl, USPEER—debuting in the first half of this year—prepared for their debut with “USPEER RUN UP!”, a reality show on their official YouTube channel. Their busking featured five tracks including ENHYPEN’s “ParadoXXX Invasion” and Oh My Girl’s “Saljjak Seolreosseoyo,” filling the Mega Stage with their distinct charm.
Despite being their first public performance before their official debut, the seven members impressed fans with outstanding performance skills and unique charm, delivering unforgettable “first-love” moments.
Meanwhile, the 16th Mega Stage on the 24th will feature a dazzling live piano performance by artist YEGNY, as well as two singer-songwriters, each with a distinct style, naNa_Sum.
