Danall Entertainment (CEO Hyun Neung-ho), a company specializing in music distribution and IP content, has partnered with global K-culture platform Ktown4u (CEO Song Hyo-min) to accelerate its expansion into the global IP market.

Danall Entertainment announced that it has signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Ktown4u to collaborate on the global sales of IP-based products and fan events.

This agreement is part of Danall Entertainment’s strategy to expand its IP-centered business and strengthen its global fan engagement. By partnering with Ktown4u, which possesses a worldwide fandom network and a strong online distribution channel, the key objective is to rapidly expand its IP-based products and fan experience content into international markets.

Through this agreement, the two companies will closely collaborate in three main areas.

First, expanding product sales through global online platforms. Danall Entertainment will introduce MD and content products utilizing artist and content IP on Ktown4u’s global platform, reaching fans worldwide. Ktown4u will provide stable logistics services through its specialized global shipping infrastructure.

Second, launching global fan events integrated with product sales. Beyond simple product sales, the companies will co-develop programs such as fan events for online buyers and content-linked promotions, allowing fans to actively participate and engage.

Third, building an efficient global logistics infrastructure. By leveraging Ktown4u’s country- and region-specific logistics data, the companies aim to respond flexibly to demand and maximize distribution efficiency, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction.

Danall Entertainment plans to utilize the global fan data obtained through this collaboration to further develop its IP revenue model by linking it with its platform and entertainment technology business.

CEO Hyun Neung-ho of Danall Entertainment stated, “This collaboration goes beyond a simple distribution partnership and serves as a strategic partnership to validate Danall Entertainment’s IP business model in the global market. We will expand our touchpoints with global fans through IP-based products and events, and connect this with a data-driven entertainment tech strategy to build a foundation for long-term growth.”

Choi Jong-im, Head of Commerce Division at Ktown4u, commented, “Danall Entertainment’s strong IP planning capabilities and content will be delivered more quickly and reliably to fans worldwide through Ktown4u’s platform and logistics capabilities. We will maximize each other’s strengths to create a collaborative model that leads the growth of the global fandom market.”

Both companies plan to gradually expand the scope of their collaboration and strengthen their influence in the global fandom market based on this MOU.
