[Seoul = NewsPim] Ktown4u (CEO Song Hyo-min), a global K-POP online and offline platform company, announced that on the 5th, a delegation consisting of key political and business figures from Brazil and Paraguay visited Ktown4u Coex in Samseong-dong, Seoul to review the current status of the global K-POP industry and discuss cooperation strategies for the Latin American market.

During the visit, the delegation toured the MD store and photo square on the 2nd floor, the academy on the 3rd floor, and the pop-up store on the 4th floor, gaining insights into Ktown4u’s integrated online and offline platform model based on K-POP fandom.

They were also introduced to Ktown4u’s global commerce infrastructure, including its service operations across 243 countries and regions, big data-based demand forecasting, and global logistics and delivery capabilities. Based on these strengths, discussions were held on expanding Ktown4u’s role as a global testbed supporting overseas expansion for K-culture-related SMEs.

The delegation included key figures such as Lee Dong-ho, former Minister of International Affairs of Alto Paraná, Paraguay; Dr. Jailson Lima da Silva, former member of the Santa Catarina State Assembly in Brazil; and Felipe Rodrigues Bezerra, Director of Health of the Brasília Federal District, Brazil.

This meeting took place as part of efforts to strengthen cooperation between Korea and Brazil, exploring opportunities for cultural and distribution collaboration at the private sector level.

Former Minister Lee Dong-ho stated, “Paraguay serves as a strategic hub for entering the South American market through the Maquila system. If K-POP content spreads in Latin America through platforms like Ktown4u, it will further enhance economic and cultural cooperation between the two regions.”

Dr. Jailson Lima da Silva added, “Brazil has the largest domestic market in South America and a high demand for K-content. We hope to establish a practical cooperation model that integrates distribution and logistics beyond cultural exchange.”
