1. Albums purchased for this event cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded. Please place your order carefully.
2. Lucky Draw photocards may have minor scratches or marks due to the nature of the printing process. These are not eligible for exchange or refund.
3. Photocards are standard-sized (within 54mm). Small scratches, dents, or print marks caused during production do not qualify for exchange. (Including back side marks)
4. Lucky Draw items are prepared separately, and online purchases will begin shipping 1–2 weeks after the event ends. The shipment schedule may vary depending on album release and production timelines.
