- Because of the nature of the paper material other than the defective disk itself, small wrinkles and damage to the cover or inner paper cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Even if the disk surface is uneven or bent, it can only be returned or exchanged if there is a problem with playback.
- In the case of color vinyl, dye spots and color differences that occur during the manufacturing process cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Color vinyls may vary in color from web image to actual color and may vary from album to album during the production process and returns or exchanges are not possible for these reasons.
*LP playback notice
- Sound defects on playback devices that do not have integral entry-level audio, tone arms, and acupressure controls cannot be returned or exchanged. Please play it on a device that can adjust the tone arm.
- If the diameter of the disk center hole is small, if it does not fit the spindle, replace the hole in the disk to resolve it.
- Any foreign substances in the cartridge needle may interfere with playback, so please remove static electricity and dust before playback.
- LP product's unique sound of playback is not defective.
- Please check the RPM of the product you purchased and play it with the right RPM on the playback device.
