형제 그룹 [산울림]의 멤버로 '회상', '독백', '산할아버지' 등과 샌드페블즈 '나 어떡해' 등 수많은 명곡을 작사, 작곡한 김창훈이 2021년부터 한국의 대표 현대시에 곡을 붙여 [시노래]를 발표해 왔다. 2025년 7월 1,000곡을 완성한 김창훈은 그 중 10곡을 선정해 시노래 1집을 발매하며, 앨범 발매와 동시에 에세이집, 콘서트, 리미티드 에디션 회화 등 관련 프로젝트를 진행하고 있다.
