2017년 12월 한국 데뷔 전 신인으로는 이례적으로 제프(ZEPP)투어를 성공 시키고 로 한국 데뷔 후 다시금 일본에서 제프 공연을 성공 시키며 한국과 일본에서 탄탄한 입지를 자리 잡고 있는 타겟이 이번에는 절제된 음악과 퍼포먼스로 타겟만의 아련하고 쌉싸름한 이별이야기를 선보인다.

‘실화냐’는 헤어진 연인과의 이별을 이성적으로는 받아들이지만 가슴이 허락하지 않는 남자의 마음을 "실화냐"란 한 단어를 통해 표현한 힙합 베이스 곡으로 심플하지만 귀에 쏙 들어오는 멜로디와 중독성이 강한 후렴이 특징인 곡이다.

틴탑은 오는 7월 3일 의 음원 및 뮤직비디오를 공개하며, 7월 4일 오프라인 음반을 출시한다.
