Kang Kyun-sung, a member of the vocal group Noel, is set to embark on a new chapter in his life as he weds actress Yoo Ha-jin.
On August 4, S27M Entertainment, Kang's agency, officially announced that the singer will exchange vows with Yoo on October 30 at an undisclosed location in Seoul. The agency stated, "The couple has decided to commit to a future together, grounded in deep mutual trust and affection." They added that Kang made this decision based on his profound love and certainty about his bride-to-be, and he intends to continue his career as both a devoted family man and artist.
A day prior, Kang took to his personal social media account to share heartfelt words with his fan base, known as 'Noeulbit'. He wrote, "I've found someone precious with whom I want to share my life. I'm eternally grateful to 'Noeulbit' for their unwavering support and for being part of the meaningful moments in my journey. Your continued warm wishes and blessings would mean the world to me as we move forward."
Kang, born in 1981 and now 45, made his debut in 2002 with Noel's first album, self-titled "Noel". Since then, he has captured hearts with numerous hit songs including "Hold On", "Proposal", "It Was All You", "I Miss You", and "In the Alley in Front of Your House Late at Night".
His fiancée, Yoo Ha-jin, is 31 years old, born in 1995. She made her acting debut in 2019 with the MBC drama "Spring Night" and later appeared in the 2021 film "Turn: The Street".
