Jang Wooyoung’s Solo Concert: What to Expect from the 2027 Tour Across Asia?
Jang Wooyoung Announces Solo Concert Tour Starting November 14-15 in Seoul, Concluding in Taipei March 2027

K-pop star Jang Wooyoung is set to embark on his first solo concert tour in about a year, thrilling fans across four cities with seven electrifying performances. The multi-talented artist promises a diverse showcase, blending jazz hip-hop, piano performances, and debut of new tracks.
On Monday, Jang took to his official social media platforms to unveil the concert poster, igniting excitement among his fanbase. The tour kicks off in Seoul on November 14-15, followed by shows in Hyogo, Japan on December 25-26, Tokyo on January 9-10, 2027, and wraps up in Taipei on March 20.
Prior to the official announcement, Jang offered fans an exclusive peek into his concert preparations via his personal YouTube channel, "Jang Wooyoung-i." In a video released Monday, he was seen in deep discussion with his long-time piano mentor and session musician, Han Jae-seong, sharing his vision for the upcoming solo performances.
"I'm planning a solo concert for mid-November," Jang revealed in the video. "I'll be documenting the entire preparation process on my YouTube channel. I want to give fans an inside look at what goes into creating this show."
The upcoming tour aims to showcase Jang's expansive musical repertoire. "I'd love to create a theme song for 'Jang Wooyoung-i,'" he shared, setting his first goal as performing this theme on piano during the concert. He also teased plans to debut a brand new track exclusively for concert-goers.
Jang expressed particular enthusiasm about bringing his favorite genre, jazz hip-hop, to the stage. "I'm really excited to perform jazz hip-hop at the concert," he said. "It won't just be about dancing - I want to present it as a complete musical experience."
Piano performances will take center stage in this tour, marking a departure from Jang's previous concerts. "I haven't had many chances to really showcase my piano skills in concerts before," he admitted. "This time, I'm determined to deliver a standout performance."
This tour marks Jang's first domestic solo concert series since his "2026 Jang Wooyoung Concert: Half Half" last September. The expanded itinerary, covering Seoul, Japanese cities Hyogo and Tokyo, and Taipei, reflects his growing international fanbase.
In a move to further engage with fans, Jang plans to document the entire concert preparation process on his YouTube channel. From songwriting sessions to dance rehearsals, viewers will get an all-access pass to the making of the tour.
Fans can expect more details about Jang Wooyoung's solo concert tour to be released gradually through his official social media channels.
