A gripping romantic thriller is set to captivate audiences as a chaebol heir, accused of murder, finds himself pursued by an undercover detective posing as his personal assistant.
The highly anticipated new drama "My Guilty Human" is slated to premiere on tvN on the 19th, promising to explore the dangerous dynamics between its two lead characters.
"My Guilty Human" centers on Yoon Yi-joon (Im Si-wan), a managing director of TaeGang Group who becomes entangled in a murder investigation, and detective Kang Jae-hee (Seol In-ah), who goes undercover as his personal assistant to uncover crucial evidence. The series delves into the complexities of Kang Jae-hee's mission as she attempts to balance her investigative duties with her role as Yi-joon's aide, drawing on her background as a former special forces operative.
Yoon Yi-joon is portrayed as a man of two faces. In public, he meticulously cultivates the image of TaeGang Group's impeccable heir apparent, maintaining a polished appearance and unreadable expression at official events. However, behind closed doors, Yi-joon's true colors emerge. He reveals a sensitive and demanding nature, coupled with an arrogant attitude that places himself at the center of every situation.
Kang Jae-hee finds herself caught between these two contrasting sides of Yoon Yi-joon as she navigates her undercover role. She must remain vigilant to avoid even the slightest misstep that could tarnish her employer's carefully crafted public image. Simultaneously, she pursues her covert investigation, searching for evidence that could implicate Yi-joon. The drama promises to keep viewers on the edge of their seats as Jae-hee attempts to unravel the mystery while adhering to Yi-joon's strict separation of professional and personal matters.
The series boasts a talented creative team, with Moon Soo-jung penning the script and Park Dan-hee at the helm as director. CJ ENM Studios developed the concept, while Pita Pat Studio took charge of production, ensuring a high-quality viewing experience.
"My Guilty Human" is set to premiere on tvN on the 19th at 8:50 PM KST. International audiences won't be left out, as the show will also be available for streaming on Amazon Prime Video, allowing for global viewership.
