(MHN Reporter Lee Yun-bi) NCT DREAM has once again demonstrated its chart power, claiming the No.1 spot on the Ktown4u weekly album sales chart.

According to the global K-pop platform Ktown4u, which compiled sales data from November 17 to 23, NCT DREAM’s sixth mini-album 'Beat It Up' recorded 9,501 copies sold during the period, securing the top position.

Released on November 17, 'Beat It Up' contains six tracks, including the title track of the same name.

While their fifth full-length album 'Go Back To The Future', released in July, revolved around the theme of “the direction of time” and retraced the group’s defining moments, this new mini-album explores “the speed of time.” It captures the story of the seven members as they have run toward their dreams at their own pace since childhood.

The title track 'Beat It Up' is a bold hip-hop number driven by hard-hitting kicks and a heavy bassline. Layered over an energetic beat, the repetitive signature vocals and witty transitions create an addictive rhythm. The song’s whisper-like intro and tightly woven rap lines heighten both intensity and momentum.

Lyrically, the track channels NCT DREAM’s signature confidence and energy, celebrating the joy of forging a path on their own timeline. It conveys their determination to break through limitations imposed by the world and move forward on their own terms.

'Beat It Up' was officially released on major music platforms at 6 PM KST on November 17.
