[Notice] Amendments to the Ktown4u Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your continued support of Ktown4u.
We hereby notify you of the following amendments to the Terms and Conditions, which will take effect on 1 September 2026.
 
1. Dates
Effective Date: 1 September 2026
Notice Date: 1 August 2026

2. Reasons for the Amendments
The Terms and Conditions will be amended as follows to introduce the Mileage and Voucher programmes, clarify their operating standards, update statutory references, and make related revisions.

3. Key Amendments
Changes to the Mileage Programme and Establishment of New Provisions
 

  1. Introduction of a Validity Period for Mileage
    - Purchase, Review and Best Review Mileage accrued on or after 1 September 2026
    → Valid for two (2) years from the date of accrual
    - The validity period for Event and CS Mileage will be separately determined and notified at the time of accrual.
  2. Validity Period for Existing Mileage
    - Mileage accrued before 1 September 2026 will remain valid until 31 December 2031.
  3. Prior Notice of Expiration
    - Members will be given prior notice before Mileage is extinguished.

* After the Effective Date, Mileage whose validity period has elapsed will be extinguished automatically. Please use your Mileage before it expires.

Establishment of the Voucher Programme
 

  1. Benefits granted through external partners will be operated as separate 'Vouchers' rather than Mileage.
  2. The validity period of each Voucher will be separately notified at the time of grant.
  3. Some existing Mileage with the character of a Voucher may be converted into Vouchers, and the conversion schedule will be notified separately.

Members who do not agree to the amended Terms and Conditions may request withdrawal from Membership at any time.
Upon withdrawal from Membership, any Mileage and Vouchers held will be extinguished and will not be restored even if the Member re-subscribes for Membership.
