비투비의 새로운 유닛, 비투비 포유가 미니 1집 [INSIDE]를 발매한다. 서은광, 이민혁, 이창섭, 프니엘로 구성된 비투비 포유는 '여러분을 위한(FOR YOU)'이라는 의미와 '4명의 멤버가 뭉쳤다'라는 중의적인 뜻을 담고 있다. 멤버들이 애정을 담아 직접 아이디어를 낸 것은 물론, 팬덤 멜로디에게도 공모를 받아 선정된 의미 있는 유닛명이다.
비투비 포유의 이름으로 처음 선보이는 앨범 [INSIDE]는 비투비 포유 내면에 숨겨진 반전 매력들을 조명하며, 그룹 비투비와는 또 다른 느낌으로 풋풋함과 완성도를 동시에 잡은 작품이다. 특히 이번 앨범에서는 공들여 준비한 비주얼 방향성이 돋보인다. 기존 완전체 비투비의 컬러는 유지하되, 비투비 포유만의 새롭고 위트 있는 콘셉트를 선보이며 유쾌하고 긍정적인 에너지로 위축된 사회 분위기를 밝게 물들이고자 했다. 사전 공개된 티저 이미지에서는 진지함 속에 엿보이는 재치 요소들과, 익살스러움에 담긴 진중함 등 반전 무드를 극대화한 비주얼로 해석의 재미를 더했다.

■ Shipping
- Ktown4u thoroughly goes through the packaging process for all customers before shipping the product.

- When the multiple orders include delayed items, the products will be shipped after securing all the stocks for the ordered items.
- Shipping date may be changed depending on the order status..
- Customers will be responsible for any shipping fee for returning or exchanging products due to a simple change of mind or mistake.
- Differences in the standard may occur depending on the method of measurement.
- All products will be delivered through the Korean distribution center of Ktown4u.
- Some of the products may not be shipped to a certain country or location depending on the item.
- Certain countries may apply VAT regulation.
■ Domestic shipping lost/damage
- We are using Lotte Logis for domestic shipping. In case of loss or damage due to Lotte LogisLogistics, you need to complain before the deadline below.
- Damage: within 14 days of the date on which the package has been shipped out.
- Lost: within 30 days of the date on which the package has been shipped out.
- Investigation cannot be received if the time limit for loss or damage has expired
■ Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order by pressing the 'cancel' button from My Page.
- Your order can be canceled if the order status is 'ordered' or 'preparing for items,' but it cannot be canceled if your order is a purchase from an event or if the status is 'preparing for shipping.'
- The cancellation process will start within two business days, and the refund process may take 3~7 business days, depending on the payment method.
- Overseas Credit Card Refund Policy
a. Proceed with a refund by the rules of the card issuer
b. If the payment has already been made by credit card, the payment may be refunded next month.
c. If the refund amount has not been deposited after the cancellation approval, please contact the card company you used.
- PayPal Refund policy
If you pay with a credit or debit card, the refund will be refunded to the card you used, depending on the card issuer, the refund could take up to 30 days.
a. If you pay using your PayPal point, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account.
c. If you pay with both your card and PayPal balance, the amount paid by your card will be refunded to your card. The remaining amount will be refunded to your PayPal account.

■ Omission/Damage/Defect Guide
- For the return/exchange process of omitted/damaged/defective products, you will need an unboxing video of the product. Please make sure to film the initial condition of the product when you unbox the item.
(We may not be able to respond to your request if there is no unboxing video.)
- For any omission/damage/defect of the product, please capture the unboxing video where it shows the purchased product, composition, quantity, and image and makes an inquiry on the CS Talk at the bottom of the Ktown4u website.
(If the image cannot confirm the details of omission/damage/defect, we may request the unboxing video additionally.)
- Products contents ( album, goods, magazine etc ) with any small scratches or contamination which was caused by the distrubtion process, cannot be exchanged or returned.
- The outer case of the product is to protect the product, and the contamination and damages that may occur during the distribution process cannot be the reason for return or exchange.
- CD/LP, DVD/Blu-ray can only be checked as defective when playback is poor. Minor scratches on the CD itself are not defective.
■ Review
- You will earn mileage with Text Review 100 mileage / Photo Review 300 mileage / Video Review 500 mileage
- Monthly Best Review: 5,000 mileage for 1st place / 3,000 mileagefor 2nd place / 2,000 mileage for 3rd place.
- Monthly Best Review will be selected according to the number of likes, comments, quality, and content of photos and videos.
- If the product amount is more than 5,000 won, mileage will be accumulated when writing a review.
-The mileage will be given within 5 business days of your review approval.
- Up to a maximum of 10,000 mileage can be used for each order.
- Miles due to review creation may be returned upon return of parcel or deletion of review.
- Minimum order amount and some event product purchase reviews may not allow you to earn mileage.
- The reviews you have written can be used for commercial purposes (marketing materials).
- Reviews can be written based on the order number, and if you purchase the same product multiple times in one order, you can register only once, and if the order number is different for the same product, you can write a review multiple times for the same product.
- You can write a review within 90 days of the delivery completion date on our website.
- If the detailed review is not known because it is written in more than 20 special characters, or initial consonants, the registration of reviews that are not related to or duplicated with the product may be restricted.
