Please submit your Order ID, detailed description, and the photos or a video needed for your claim as follows. - A full picture of the package box you received - A Picture of the shipping label attached to the box - A picture that you list all the items you received and take - A picture that is taken with the damaged part enlarged if necessary - Video of any CD, DVD, Blu-Ray, or other item not working if necessary - We will get back to you after reviewing them.
